For tactical S&C

Readiness for crews and squads.

For strength and conditioning coaches working with firefighters, police and defence. See who’s ready today, who’s on modified training after an injury, and how each person is tracking.

The squad’s morning check-ins in one list
01 · Readiness

See who’s ready today.

Each person checks in on their phone: sleep, fatigue, soreness, mood, stress and energy. Anyone below usual, or who marked something sore, shows up first.

02 · Load

Catch a load spike early.

Training load against each person’s own 28-day average, flagged when it climbs, on the same list as their check-ins.

03 · Modified training

Back to full training, step by step.

After an injury the physio sets limits, like no jump landings or a cap on load. The programme respects them, and the person sees what they can do now.

04 · Fitness testing

Test the crew in one go.

Enter a whole group’s results in one grid, with a check when a number looks like a typo, and see each person’s results over time.

05 · Programmes

One programme for the crew.

Build it in Studio and give it to the squad. One person can still have their own version.

Who decides

Your people make the calls.

AiMS shows check-ins, load, limits and test results. It doesn’t set fitness standards, rate fitness for duty or decide when someone returns to full duties. Your physio, your coaches and your organisation make those calls.
