These terms apply to the AiMS Health app and website, provided by Athlete Intelligence Management Systems Pty Ltd, trading as AiMS Health (ABN 26 698 924 275). Your organisation (your gym, club or clinic) may also have its own agreement with us; if it conflicts with these terms, that agreement applies.
Your organisation gives you access. Keep your password to yourself and tell your organisation or us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time (menu, Profile, Delete my account).
Paid plans are charged monthly in advance in Australian dollars, including GST. A plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Before you sign up we show the price, what is included and how to cancel. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change, and you can cancel without a fee before the change takes effect.
No lock-in. There is no minimum term. Cancel any time in Settings (Billing) or by emailing us, in no more steps than it took to sign up. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We don't charge exit fees.
Free trials. If you start a free trial, we tell you when it ends and remind you 3 days before. You won't be charged unless you choose a plan.
We don't give refunds for change of mind or for part of a billing period. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if our service has a major failure you can cancel and get a refund for the unused period, and if there is a minor failure we will fix the problem.
AiMS records and organises the training and care your coach or clinician provides. It does not give medical advice and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Train within your limits, and stop and seek advice if something hurts or feels wrong.
You keep ownership of what you add. You allow us to store and display it so the service can work for you and your organisation. See our privacy policy for how it is handled.
We work to keep AiMS available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms and will show the date above. These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
